Hiring process

How we hire

We move quickly and respect your time. Our process is designed to assess real capability, not rehearsed interview performance.

    Application review

    We review your CV and any linked work samples within five business days. Every application gets a response — no ghosting.

  2. 02

    Intro call

    A 30-minute conversation with an engineering lead or hiring manager. We talk about your experience, the role and whether there is genuine mutual fit.

  3. 03

    Technical assessment

    A focused take-home exercise scoped to three to five hours — directly relevant to the role. No algorithm puzzles unrelated to financial systems.

  4. 04

    Panel interview

    Two to three conversations with the team you would join, plus a systems design or domain discussion relevant to your seniority level.

  5. 05

    Offer & onboarding

    A clear, prompt offer letter. Once accepted, a structured onboarding program gets you production-ready within your first four weeks.
